Our associates have experience of implementing multi-agency strategic plans and delivering large scale change programmes in the public sector. We offer practical support and will work alongside commissioners and providers to deliver such projects within and across sectors and localities.

We have supported self-advocates and families take active roles in tendering and validations. We have expertise in co-producing service specifications alongside learning disabled people and their families. We offer extensive experience in creative and imaginative ways to engage people and involve them in all aspects of tendering as experts by experience. Our associates have recent experience of tendering for supported living, advocacy and employment services and for large-scale housing-related floating support contracts via the Supporting People programme. Other areas of expertise lie in commissioning drug, alcohol and HIV services
